DAY 01

Arrival in Srinagar & Dal Lake Houseboat Experience

Welcome to Paradise on Earth! Upon your arrival at Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport in Srinagar, meet our warm Kashmiri representative and transfer to your intricately hand-carved heritage houseboat on Dal Lake. After checking in and sipping traditional hot Kashmiri Kahwa (saffron tea with almonds), embark on a 1-hour sunset Shikara ride across the tranquil waters. Glide past floating gardens, floating craft markets, and the iconic Char Chinar island. Enjoy a lavish authentic dinner served on the houseboat and experience the gentle rocking of the waters under a starry sky.

DAY 02

Srinagar to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) & Gondola Ride

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and take a scenic 2-hour drive through apple orchards and pine forests to Gulmarg (2,730 meters). Acclaimed as one of Asia’s premier ski destinations, board the famous Gulmarg Gondola, the second highest cable car in the world. Ascend to Kongdoori (Phase 1) and Apharwat Peak (Phase 2 at 13,780 feet) to walk on pristine snow, ski, or simply take in the jaw-dropping panoramas of the Pir Panjal mountain range. Visit the historic St. Mary’s Church and Maharani Temple before driving back to your hotel in Srinagar for dinner.

DAY 03

Srinagar Mughal Gardens & Scenic Drive to Pahalgam

Next, drive towards Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). En route, stop at the purple saffron fields of Pampore and the ancient ruins of the 9th-century Avantipur Sun Temple. Arrive in Pahalgam nestled along the sparkling Lidder River and check into your riverfront resort.
