1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Schedule

• A non-refundable / adjustable token of 30% of total package cost is required to confirm hotel reservations, permits, and private transport.
• The remaining 70% balance must be cleared at least 7 days prior to departure, or upon arrival as per the signed travel voucher.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: 90% refund of the advance amount (minus minimal transaction fees).
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package value.
• Less than 14 days before departure: No refund applicable due to non-refundable hotel blockings and transport reservation commitments.

3. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

For high-altitude destinations like Spiti Valley, Leh Ladakh, and Kashmir, roadblocks, landslides, or sudden heavy snowfall may require route adjustments. Meraki Holiday will arrange the best alternate safe routing; however, any additional hotel or transport expenses incurred due to weather delays will be borne by the guest.

4. Health & High Altitude Fitness

Travelers embarking on high-altitude expeditions are advised to acclimatize adequately, stay hydrated, and consult their physician prior to departure. Oxygen cylinders and medical kits are provided in support vehicles.
